The Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Research of Andalucia (AGAE) is the rightful owner of any files with personal information collected online and managed by the organization.
The collection of personal data aims to manage, administer, provide, extend and improve the services of AGAE to which users have subscribed, registered or used, and to adapt such a services to the users’ needs.
AGAE guarantees the confidentiality of data provided by users and its treatment in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (Constitutional Law 15/1999, of December 13th, for the protection of personal data, Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11th, which approves the Regulation of security measures of automated files that contain personal data, in addition to all legislation applicable to this issue). AGAE has adopted the legally required security levels for protecting personal data, and has installed all the technical means and measures available to it in order to prevent any loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of any personal data provided. Notwithstanding the above, users should bear in mind that security measures on the Internet are not totally infallible.
AGAE shall not assign any personal data of users without the written consent of the user as indicated in art. 6.2 and 11.2 of the Protection of Personal Data Law.
As established in the Title III of the RD 1720/2007, of December 21st, users have and may exercise their rights to access, cancel, rectify and oppose the treatment, use and assignment of their information by sending a notification by postal address at the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Research of Andalucia, Avda. Al Nasir 3, 3º 2, 14006, Córdoba.
AGAE places at the disposal of users the contents and services that are located on its website, subject to the present conditions of access and use.
